A critical piece of any fundraising effort is building a communications plan. To support this effort, the CFC-O has created the following publicity materials:
Personal Stories
Personal stories inspire giving by showing how people in need have benefitted from contributions through the Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas. Personal stories can be included in speeches, shared at campaign events, used as good news articles in your local installation newspaper or sent as inspirational e-mails throughout the campaign.

These can be printed and distributed at campaign events or posted in prominent locations around your unit/installation. They can also be attached to CFC-O e-mail messages.

Campaign Video
Spread the word about the CFC-O by showing this short video at campaign events or asking your local AFN station to air it as a PSA. You can also approach your installation's movie theater and ask if they would be willing to show the CFC-O PSA before the movie. If your local AAFES or NEX exchange has television sets on display, ask if they would be willing to periodically show this video as a way to help advertise the campaign.

Drop-In Advertisements
These camera ready advertisements in black and white and in color can be used in your local installation newspapers or newsletters. There is one for the pre-campaign period (September); one to be used during the middle of the campaign (October - mid November) and a final one to be used toward the end of the campaign (mid-November to early December).
