2010 Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas Charity Listing

The CFC-O prints several hundred thousand charity listings each year to ensure that every federal employee who wishes to participate in the CFC, is provided a 100 percent opportunity to give. If you have not received a paper copy and wish to have one, please contact your CFC-O Representative or your supporting CFC-O office for assistance.

You cannot designate your contribution to an organization that is not included in this Charity List. Adding organizations not listed, or "write-ins" is prohibited by CFC regulations and donations to such organizations will be treated as undesignated funds.

2010 Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas Pledge Card

Each military member and DoD federal civilian serving overseas should receive a 2010 CFC-O paper pledge card from his/her unit campaign representative.  The paper pledge cards are printed in triplicate: the original (white) copy is submitted to finance for processing payroll allotments, the second (pink) copy is submitted to the CFC-O for audit purposes and the third (green) copy is kept by the contributor as a thank-you receipt.

There are two versions of the pledge card: Regular and CENTCOM.  The CENTCOM pledge card has an additional giving option, "MWR", which allows troops deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Qatar or Kuwait to contribute funds to their stateside base, post or camp to be used for quality of life improvement programs.

In addition to completing a paper pledge card, contributors have the option of using the CFC-O's e-Giving system to complete an electronic pledge card or make a donation via credit/debit card or electronic check.  Donate Now! via CFC-O e-Giving
